Direction for Use

• Use twice daily, ideally in the morning and in the evening after brushing your teeth .

• Pour 20 ml (equivalent to 4 x 5 ml teaspoonfuls) into a glass .

• Rinse the mouthwash around your teeth and gums for 30 seconds, then spit it out. Do not swallow .
