Direction for Use
Remove the pad from the individual tissue wrapper. Peel away the paper strip from the back of the pad and press firmly into the center of your underwear. Wrap the wings around the edges of your underwear and press to secure. Change pad every 4-8 hours as needed, or before bed and upon waking for overnight use. Do not flush; dispose of in a waste bin.
