Direction for Use
Remove the liner from its wrapper. Peel off the backing strip and press the liner firmly into your underwear. Change regularly throughout the day as needed. Dispose of used liner in compost or household waste. Do not flush. Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C and at low humidity to maintain the best condition.
