Usage Instruction:
Initial Use: Before first use, wash the removable pot, lid, and all accessories with warm, soapy water. Wipe the heating base and control panel with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base in water.
Basic Operation: Place the appliance on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Insert the non-stick pot into the base. Add ingredients to the pot. Close the tempered glass lid. Plug in the unit.
Selecting a Cooking Function: Use the digital control panel to select the desired preset function (e.g., 'Sauté', 'Steam', 'Slow Cook'). Adjust time and temperature if the program allows. Press start. The appliance will beep or indicate when cooking is complete.
Using Accessories: Use the included steam rack for steaming vegetables or fish above water in the pot. Use the measuring cup for accurate liquid addition.
After Cooking: Once cooking is complete, unplug the appliance. Caution: The pot, lid, and steam released will be very hot. Always use oven gloves. The pot has cool-touch handles but contents remain hot.
Cleaning & Maintenance: Allow the appliance to cool completely. The non-stick pot, lid, steam rack, and accessories are dishwasher safe. Wipe the exterior heating base and control panel with a damp cloth. Never immerse the base, cord, or plug in water.
