Direction for Use
Remove the liner from the recycled cardboard packaging. Peel back the silicone-coated paper strip to expose the adhesive. Place the liner firmly into your underwear with the adhesive side down. Change every 2-3 hours or as needed. Dispose of the used liner in a waste bin; do not flush .
