Direction for Use
To use, remove the pad from its recyclable paper wrapper. Peel away the paper strip from the back of the pad to expose the adhesive. Press the pad firmly into the center of your underwear to secure it in place. Wrap the wings around the edges of your underwear and press them down firmly for added security. Change the pad every 3-4 hours or as needed. Do not flush the pad; wrap it in the paper wrapper or tissue and dispose of it in a regular household waste bin.
