Direction for Use
Remove the strip and ensuring the wider part is facing forward, press the sanitary napkin onto the crotch of your underwear. Fold the wings around the sides of the crotch of your underwear. Change as required throughout the day. Dispose of used pad in compost or household waste. Do not flush.
