Instruction
Dosage: One tablet (4.5g) dissolved in 500ml of water. Consume as needed before, during, or after exercise to support hydration. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake stated on the product label. Each tube contains 20 servings.
Method of Use: Drop one tablet into 500ml of water and let it dissolve completely. Once prepared, the drink should be consumed within 24 hours. Do not consume the tablet directly. Drink the solution.
