Keep frozen at -18°C or below until best before date. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Cook immediately after opening.
Usage Instructions
Cooking required. Cook from frozen: Heat oil in a pan, place frozen buns, pan-fry over medium heat until bottom is golden. Add a small amount of water (about 1/3 height of the buns), cover and steam for 5-7 minutes until water evaporates. Sprinkle with sesame and spring onion before serving. Ensure core temperature reaches above 70°C.
