Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Cooking Instructions
Method (Boiling):
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Add frozen dumplings (do not thaw).
Stir gently to prevent sticking.
Bring to a boil again, add a cup of cold water, and repeat twice.
Cook for 5-7 minutes until dumplings float to the surface and are fully cooked. Ensure the core temperature reaches >70°C.
Method (Pan-frying):
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Place frozen dumplings in the pan and fry for 2 minutes until bottoms are golden.
Add water (about 1/3 height of dumplings), cover, and steam for 5-6 minutes.
Remove lid and cook until water evaporates and bottoms become crispy. Ensure the core temperature reaches >70°C.
