Direction for Use
Wash your hands before and after insertion to maintain hygiene.
Remove the tampon from its wrapper. Hold the applicator by the anti-slip grip and pull the inner tube until you hear it click into place, fully extending the applicator.
Gently insert the rounded tip of the applicator into the vagina, aiming towards your lower back.
Push the inner tube to release the tampon into place.
Remove the applicator and dispose of it in a waste bin; do not flush.
Change your tampon every 4 to 8 hours, using the lowest absorbency that meets your flow needs.
Always remove your last tampon at the end of your period.
