Installation & Maintenance
Wash with warm soapy water before the first use; thanks to the 15x stronger coating, these pans are dishwasher safe for easy cleanup. The riveted steel handles and forged body allow for quick temperature adjustments, but hand washing is still recommended to preserve the graphite finish over its 25-year potential lifespan. Always ensure the induction base is clean and matches the size of your hob ring for maximum energy efficiency.
Safety Warnings
Burn and scald risk: the riveted steel handles and glass lids can become extremely hot during use; always use oven mitts or heat protection. Use caution when cooking at high temperatures, as the rapid-heating Inducto base can reach intense heat levels quickly. Keep children away from the stove and ensure handles do not overhang the edge of the hob. If the glass lids show any chips or deep scratches, discontinue use immediately to avoid the risk of shattering.
