Usage Instructions
Spread beans on a tray to remove any small stones or debris. Rinse thoroughly under cold water.
Soak beans in plenty of cold water for 4-6 hours or overnight to reduce cooking time and improve digestibility.
Drain soaked beans, add fresh water (ratio ~1:3 beans to water), and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30-45 minutes until tender.
Cook longer until very soft and beginning to break down.
Cook until just tender but still intact, then drain.
Ensure beans are fully cooked and soft before consumption. Do not consume raw or undercooked.
