Storage Condition
Store in a cool and dry place.
Usage Instructions
Rinse ingredients thoroughly. Soak kapok and other ingredients for 20 minutes. Add to 2L of water with your choice of meat/poultry. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 1.5-2 hours. Season with salt to taste.

Method: Hob
Rinse all ingredients thoroughly.
Soak kapomg and other firm ingredients for 20 minutes.
Add approximately 2L of water to a pot, add all ingredients and your choice of pre-blanched meat (e.g., pork ribs, chicken).
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 - 2 hours.
Add salt to taste before serving. Ensure the soup is piping hot before consumption.
