Usage Instructions
For hot pot: Add the entire contents (220g) to 1.5-2 liters of boiling water or broth. Stir until dissolved and simmer for a few minutes before adding ingredients.
For stir-fry or noodles: Use 2-3 tablespoons as a seasoning base.
Cooking Instructions
Hot Pot: Bring water or broth to a boil, add the seasoning, and stir until fully melted. Simmer for 2-3 minutes to blend flavors before adding your choice of ingredients.
Stir-fry/Noodles: Heat oil in a wok, add the desired amount of seasoning and stir-fry for 30 seconds to release aroma, then add other ingredients.
