Usage Instructions
Cooking required.
Prepare 400-500g of sliced fish fillet (e.g., carp, basa). Marinate with the provided seasoning and 1 tbsp starch for 10 minutes.
Sauté the sour mustard tuber, dried chili, ginger, and garlic in oil until fragrant. Add 800ml water and the soup base seasoning. Bring to a boil.
Add the marinated fish slices. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the fish is done. Serve hot.
