Storage Condition

Pre-opening: Store in a freezer at -18°C or cooler.

Post-opening: Do not refreeze after defrosting. Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.

Cooking Instructions

To Prepare: Your crispy chicken contains raw meat; please ensure it is cooked thoroughly until piping hot throughout (>70°C). Tastiest when cooked from frozen in an air fryer. Not suitable for grilling.

Air Fry: 180°C for 14 mins. Place up to 2 grills in the basket, turning over halfway through cooking. Allow to stand for 1 minute.

Oven Cook: 230°C (Fan 210°C / Gas Mark 8) for 18–20 mins. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and cook until crisp and golden.
