Usage Instructions
Cooking required. For hot pot: Dip slices into simmering broth for 5 to 10 seconds until just cooked through. Do not overcook as this will compromise the tender texture. Suitable for sukiyaki, shabu shabu, and other hot pot dishes. Can also be lightly seared as a quick stir fry or used in rice bowls.
