Usage Instructions
Cooking required.

For Hot Pot:

1. Add 1.2-1.5 liters of water or stock to a pot

2. Add the entire contents of the package (400g)

3. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5-10 minutes to allow flavors to fully develop

4. Start adding your favorite meats, seafood, vegetables, and noodles

5. Enjoy with your preferred dipping sauces

For Mala Tang:

1. Add 800ml of water to a pot

2. Add 200-300g of the base (adjust according to desired spice level)

3. Bring to a boil, then add various ingredients

4. Cook until ingredients are done and serve

For Braised Dishes:

1. Use 50-100g of the base per dish

2. Stir-fry with aromatics, then add meat and water

3. Simmer until tender
