Direction for Use
Use twice daily, morning and evening, after brushing your teeth. Pour 20ml (approximately 4 teaspoons) of the mouthwash into a glass. Rinse around your mouth, ensuring the liquid reaches between teeth and gums, for 30 seconds. Spit the liquid out into the sink; do not swallow. For best results, do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing.
