Usage Instructions

Mix 1-2 teaspoons into dishes towards the end of cooking to enhance flavor. Great for use in Thai and other Southeast Asian cuisines. To make Pad Ka Prao (Thai Basil Stir-Fry): What you’ll need – 1 sachet Lobo Thai Basil Seasoning Paste (50g), 250g sliced or minced meat (chicken, pork, beef or your choice), 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon water, steamed jasmine rice and fried egg for serving (optional). Step-by-step directions: Heat a skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil. Add the sliced or minced meat and stir-fry until it is almost cooked through. Squeeze in the entire sachet of Lobo Thai Basil Seasoning Paste and add 1 tablespoon of water. Stir-fry well until the meat is fully cooked and coated in the glossy, fragrant basil sauce. Serve immediately over hot jasmine rice, topped with a crispy fried egg for the full street-food experience.
