    Usage Instructions

    Cooking required.

    1. Cook the rice noodles in boiling water for 8-10 minutes until tender. Drain.

    2. In a separate pot, bring 400ml of fresh water to a boil. Add the cooked noodles, soup base, bamboo shoots, cowpea, black fungus, and dried tofu. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

    3. Transfer to a bowl. Top with peanuts, chili oil, and vinegar according to taste.

    4. Mix well and serve immediately.
