Storage Condition
Keep frozen. Store at -18°C or colder. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Usage Instructions
Defrost thoroughly before use. Place prawns in a non-metallic bowl, cover, and allow to defrost in the refrigerator for approximately 12 hours. Drain well before cooking.
Cooking Instructions
Shallow Fry: Heat 1 tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the defrosted prawns and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and are piping hot throughout (>70°C).
