Storage Condition
Keep frozen at -18°C or below until best before date. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Usage Instructions
Cooking required. This product must be cooked thoroughly. Do not consume raw. Ensure the internal temperature is piping hot before serving. For optimal results, cook from frozen. Grill for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked with a nicely caramelised exterior. Alternatively, simmer in hot pot or stew during the last 8 to 10 minutes of cooking to infuse the broth with flavour.
