Direction for Use

• Remove the individually wrapped pad from its wrapper.

• Peel away the paper strip from the back of the pad to expose the adhesive.

• Press the pad firmly into the centre of your underwear to secure it in place.

• For overnight use, wear before going to sleep and change in the morning.

• Change every 4-8 hours as needed. Do not wear for more than 8 hours.

• Wrap used pad in the wrapper or toilet paper and dispose of in a waste bin. Do not flush down the toilet.
