Usage Instructions
Cooking required.
Cut approximately 400g of pork tenderloin into strips. Add scallions, ginger, pepper, and salt, then marinate for 10 minutes.
Mix 100g of crispy pork coating mix with 100mL of water and a small amount of oil. Stir until no lumps remain.
Evenly coat the marinated pork with the prepared batter and set aside.
Heat oil in a pot until it reaches about 170–180°C. Add the coated pork and fry until golden brown. Remove, drain, and serve.
