Cooking Instructions
Method (Hot Pot):
Thaw completely until slices are separable.
Place into boiling broth and cook for 30-60 seconds until fully cooked and curled.
Ensure the core temperature reaches >70°C before consumption.
Method (Blanching):
Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil.
Add thawed beef manifold and blanch for 30-45 seconds.
Drain and serve immediately with dipping sauce.

Method (Stir-Fry):
Thaw completely and pat dry.
Stir-fry over high heat with aromatics (garlic, ginger, chili) for 2-3 minutes.
Add sauce and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Method (Salad/Cold Dish):
Blanch thawed beef manifold in boiling water for 45-60 seconds.
Immediately shock in ice water to maintain crispiness.
Drain well and toss with sesame oil, chili oil, soy sauce, and vinegar.
