Usage Instructions
Cooking required.
For Hot Pot / Soup:
Remove from packaging. Do not thaw
Add directly to simmering broth and cook for 3–4 minutes until fish balls float and are heated through
Serve immediately with dipping sauce
For Stir-fry:
Briefly rinse frozen fish balls under warm water to separate
Stir-fry with vegetables and sauce over high heat for 3-4 minutes until heated through
For Deep-frying:
Thaw overnight in refrigerator
Deep-fry at 170°C for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy on the outside
Drain on paper towels and serve with dipping sauce
