Usage Instructions

For Hot Pot:

1. Add 800-1000ml of water or stock to a pot

2. Add the entire contents of the package (220g)

3. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 3-5 minutes before adding ingredients

4. Enjoy with your favorite meats, seafood, vegetables, and noodles

For Mala Xiang Guo:

1. Stir-fry half a pack of the base in a wok until fragrant

2. Add blanched ingredients and stir-fry evenly

3. Adjust seasoning with soy sauce and sugar as desired

For Boiled Fish / Pork Slices:

1. Stir-fry half a pack of the base until fragrant, add stock and bring to a boil

2. Add marinated fish or meat slices and cook until done

3. Finish with a splash of hot oil to enhance aroma
