Usage Instructions
Cooking required.
For Hot Pot:
Add 800-1000ml of water or stock to a pot
Add the entire contents of the package (220g)
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 3-5 minutes before adding ingredients
Enjoy with your favorite meats, seafood, vegetables, and noodles
For Mala Xiang Guo:
Stir-fry half a pack of the base in a wok until fragrant
Add blanched ingredients and stir-fry evenly
Adjust seasoning with soy sauce and sugar as desired
For Boiled Fish / Pork Slices:
Stir-fry half a pack of the base until fragrant, add stock and bring to a boil
Add marinated fish or meat slices and cook until done
Finish with a splash of hot oil to enhance aroma
